Delivery to mainland UK is charged at a flat rate of £2. Each items will be sent in one of our personalised SeaBreeze Designs gift boxes.

We send all our items by first class recorded post or courier service dependent on parcel size.
Every item is made to order, as a result please allow ten days for your item to be produced and delivered.
For international postage please contact us by email.
We aim to reply to all emails within 48 hours.
Returns and refunds:
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Earrings and earstuds can not be returned if worn. Returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Products we are Unable to Refund or Exchange:
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any specially ordered or customised products. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged on arrival. If an item arrives damaged we must be informed within 24 hours of the item arriving in order to facilitate a refund.
